Canvasra is an online art studio offering hand-painted oil paintings on canvas to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and our supported European destinations. We work directly with experienced painters, and every painting is made to order by hand — never printed.

How your painting is made

Each design in our collection is painted in oils on premium cotton canvas after you order. Production and framing take 7–10 business days. Before dispatch, we email you photos of your finished painting and revise it until you are satisfied. Your painting is then shipped from our studio in Xiamen, China, and delivery takes a further 7–10 business days. Shipping is free and insured, and import duties and taxes are included in the price.

Typical total lead time is 14–20 business days (about 3–4 weeks). Business days are Monday–Friday; public holidays, photo review and requested revisions may extend these estimates.

Sizes and finishes

Our paintings come in a range of sizes, as rolled canvas, stretched canvas, or stretched canvas in an oak, black, white, gold or silver float frame. Available sizes and finishes are listed on each product page.

About our images

The room scenes on our website are visualizations that show how a design looks at scale in a home; they are not photographs of the finished painting. Because each piece is painted by hand, small variations in brushwork and colour from the images are normal — and you will see photos of your actual painting before it ships.
