About Our Paintings

Are your paintings really hand-painted?
Yes. Every painting is hand-painted with oil paints on high-quality canvas. Nothing is printed. You will see real brushstrokes and paint texture on the surface.

Will my painting look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is painted by hand to order, so small differences in brushwork and color are natural. This is what makes every painting one of a kind. Screen settings can also make colors look slightly different.

Can I see how a painting will look in my room?
Each product page includes room photos at different sizes to help you picture the scale. If you are unsure which size to choose, email us a photo of your wall and its measurements and we will be happy to suggest a size.

Sizes, Framing & Custom Orders

What sizes are available?
Most paintings are offered in square sizes from 30 x 30 in (76 x 76 cm) up to 72 x 72 in (183 x 183 cm). All available sizes are listed on each product page.

What framing options do you offer?

Rolled canvas (unstretched): the most affordable option, shipped rolled in a tube. You can have it stretched or framed locally.
Frameless stretched: mounted on a wooden stretcher frame and ready to hang.
Framed: stretched and finished with a black, silver, white, wood or gold frame, ready to hang.

Can I order a custom size or ask for changes to a painting?
Yes. Email us at info@driedpetalsgallery.com with the painting you like and the size or changes you need, and we will reply with a quote.

Do framed paintings come ready to hang?
Yes. Stretched and framed paintings arrive ready to hang.

Orders, Production & Shipping

How long does it take to make my painting?
Every painting is made to order. Production takes 1–3 weeks, depending on the size and framing option.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Eurozone countries. Shipping is free to all of these destinations.

How long does delivery take?
After your painting ships, delivery usually takes 10–15 business days by express courier (usually FedEx). In total, expect about 3–5 weeks from order to delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I track my order?
Yes. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

How are paintings packed?
Rolled canvases are shipped in a sturdy tube. Stretched and framed paintings are shipped in reinforced packaging or a wooden crate.

Returns & Damages

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, and there is no restocking or customization fee. The painting must be returned in the condition you received it, ideally in its original packaging. If you change your mind, return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy for details.

What if my painting arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the painting and packaging. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, at your choice, and you will not pay any shipping costs.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and approve your return, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How should I care for my painting?
Hang your painting away from direct sunlight, heat sources and high humidity. To clean it, dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning products.
