Processing Time

Every painting is hand-painted and made to order. Production takes 1–3 weeks depending on the size and framing option, before your order is shipped.

Shipping Destinations, Costs and Delivery Times

We currently ship to the following destinations. Shipping is free on all orders to these destinations.

*Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Vatican City.

Total time from order to delivery is therefore typically 3–5 weeks. Orders are shipped by express courier (usually FedEx).

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Packaging

Rolled canvases are shipped in a sturdy tube. Stretched and framed paintings are shipped in reinforced packaging or a wooden crate to protect them in transit.

Damaged in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy — we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.
