This Privacy Policy explains how Canvasra ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit canvasra.com or place an order.

  • Order information: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order contents and order history.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring URL, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications: messages you send us, including email and contact-form submissions, and artwork photo-review correspondence.

How we use your information

  • To process, produce, ship and track your order, and to send pre-shipment artwork photos for your review.
  • To provide customer support and handle returns, refunds and cancellations.
  • To detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
  • To send marketing emails where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To measure and improve our store and, where permitted, to show you relevant advertising.

Who we share it with

We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders and payments.
  • Payment providers — Shopify Payments and PayPal, to process your payment securely.
  • Shipping carriers — DHL Express and FedEx, to deliver your order.
  • Analytics and advertising — Google, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Merchant Center, connected through the Google & YouTube sales channel, to measure traffic and show relevant advertising.
  • Email and marketing — Shopify Email, to send order notifications and, where you have opted in, marketing emails.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymise them.
